How do I care for my items?
To retain the quality of your piece and ensure longevity, hand-washing is recommended, however, the ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe. Use a soft sponge and a mild detergent to hand wash your ceramics, as metal and abrasive sponges could scratch the glaze.
It is important to remember that sudden changes in temperature (oven or freezer) are likely to cause thermal shock, which may result in cracks and breakages. This includes going from either extreme to the other quickly….. eg very cold mug with boiling water.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you email me within 24 hours I can cancel your order and refund your money. After 24 hours all sales will be final.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
I do not take returns so please choose carefully. Once items have been shipped they are out of our hands and out of our control. We do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception of damages in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please email me at Jesswiseheart@gmail.com for the next steps.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the US. This is mainly due to the pricing to ship internationally. If you would like to ship internationally, please reach out to me at jesswiseheart@gmail.com and we can discuss.
